2019 Brazilian Carnival Gala

Our 2019 Del Norte Rotary Gala -- our biggest fund-raising event of the year for our Rotary Del Norte Foundation -- had a colorful and spirited Brazilian Rio Carnival theme. And 250 Rotarians and their guests came decked out in their finest -- or at least in their best concept of what you might see at a Rio Carnival!
